Avionic Multifunction Flight Display
Modular System consisting of a 3U, 5 slot VPX conduction cooled
chassis with interchangeable Head Assembly. Conduction cooled chassis
available with external fan plenum.
Head Assemblies are 8.4", 10.4", 12.1, portrait or landscape (8.4"
portrait shown). Pixel Matrix is 1024 x 768 all configurations.
Also available with 5.75" width Keyboard Display Head Assemble (CDU).
CDU configuration is designed for Dzus MS25212 rail mounting. Chassis is
5.00" max width in all configurations (see
CDU Head Assemblies.) CDU Display is 6.5", 1024 x 768; or 5.0" 640 x
480.
All configurations are SLR/NVIS compliant.
Interchangeable and upgradable low cost Com Express Single Board
Computer mounted to a 3U VPX conduction cooled carrier.
Dual SSD SATA drives. 4GB boot drive has write protect capability and
60GB mass data drive has fast purge capability.
Four video capture channels. Format combinations of
RS-170/343/NTSC/PAL/DVI RGBHsVs, HD-SDI to 720p. Video Overlay, alpha
blending, windowing. Dual display output, Unit will drive a second
display as a monitor or to a VCR in either analog or digital format.
Unit is MIL-STD-1553 ready, RT/BC single channel, dual redundant with 20
digital programmable I/O discrete channels (Excalibur 3U VPX Module).
USB Data Loader with standard USB Connector socket within a 38999
connector shell.
One Gigabit Ethernet I/O, two RS-232 I/O, two USB I/O.
